Below you will find key organizational details for the tournament Should you have any further
questions, please don ´ t hesitate to reach out to the volunteers at the Tournament Desk.

We wish you and your team best of luck in the competition and kindly ask that you share the following information with your players and ensure proper follow up:
A
Accommodation
Official national squads and Main Draw player will be accomodated at: DORINT Hotel | Moltkestr. 35 | Düren
Important Note:
To ensure a respectful and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly remind all participants to behave responsibly within the hotel premises.
Any guest who causes damage due to improper conduct, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be held personally liable.

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left latest by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

The hotel is a non-smoking facility.

A fitness area is available for hotel guests.
Arrival
Upon arrival, please check in at the Tournament Desk.
Kindly note:
Each player is required to confirm their readiness to play at a specific time, in accordance with Tennis Europe Rules & Regulations.

Baggage Area
Please place your tennis bags in the designated “Baggage Area” located on the floor of the tennis hall.
Note: Bags are not permitted in or in front of the restaurant.

Captains Meeting
Captains Meeting (Team Officials, Tournament Mgmt. and Referee) will be held in the tennishall on:
Sunday, 27th July 2025 at app. 6:30 pm
Changing rooms | restrooms
Everyone is happy about clean changing rooms and toilets. Therefore, please leave them as you would like to find them. Please ensure propper handling of the restrooms: Only throw toilet paper into the toilet.
The Players’ changing rooms (including showers) toilets for boys and girls are located in the basement as well as on the first floor of the clubhouse@RW Dueren
Please do not wear clay-court shoes in the clubhouse, nor in the restrooms or changing roms

Courts
Courts must be cleaned after every match or practice session, including clearing the lines.
Please report any incidents or issues immediately to the Umpire or the Tournament Office via the result sheet.
Balls must be returned to the Umpire or the Tournament Desk after the match.

Fitness
A fitness area is available for hotel guests (DORINT).
Food
Lunch in the club's catering facilities (MAIN) is halal.

Insurance
By submitting their entry, each player agrees not to make any claims (e.g., for loss, injury, or material damage) against the organizer or tournament committee. This does not apply in cases of gross negligence.
Each player or their legal guardian confirms they have sufficient insurance coverage.
German law applies.

Jogging
Excellent jogging trails are located near the main club for your convenience.

Meals
Meal times are as follows:
• Breakfast (at the DORINT): 06:45 am 9:30 am
• Lunch (in the Player’s Lounge): 11:30 am 2:30 pm
• Dinner (at the DORINT): 05:30 pm 8:00 pm
Medical and physio therapeutical service
The tournament provides on-court physiotherapy/medical treatment.
Additional physiotherapy may be booked at your own expenses at the medical centre (1st floor, Clubhouse@RW Dueren). Priority is always given to Main Draw players.
Treatment will be provided by tournament doctor Dr Björn Schallehn or physiotherapist Rebecca Baier MSc and her team. Our partner "St. Augustinus Hospital" is available for serious injuries/accidents.
Miscellaneous

Please be cautious: Do not leave valuables unattended. The tournament takes no responsibility for theft.

Player conduct: We always expect respectful and responsible behavior. Players are asked to treat all staff members with courtesy and to maintain the condition of club facilities, accommodation, and surroundings.
At the Tournament Desk, you can speak with responsible staff regarding accommodation, transport, travel, and more.
For sightseeing opportunities, please inquire there as well.
Free Wi-Fi is available at the club site and hotel.
All official information will be posted at the Tournament Desk.

Order of play Schedule
The daily Order of Play will be published each evening on the official tournament website and the Tennis Europe (TE) website.

Start Time: Matches begin at 9:00 a.m. under the “followed by” principle (i.e., matches start directly after the previous one ends).

Players must be present on time at the venue.
Match Procedure:

All players are called at the Main Venue (this applies to POST and TURN courts as well).

Players proceed directly to their assigned court.

Main Draw (Singles & Doubles): Officiated by a Chair Umpire.

Consolation Matches: Balls and result sheets are provided by the Court Supervisor.
After the match, the winner returns both to the Tournament Desk or Chair Umpire.

Payments
Payments during the tournament may be made in cash or by major credit cards.
Note: A 3% fee applies to credit card transactions.
Entry fees and IPIN payments should be payed in cash.
Practice & Warm up for 1st and 2nd round match of the day
Players scheduled for first or second round matches of the day may warm up on the assigned match court:

First Round: 7:45 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.

Second Round: 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
No additional sign-in is required for these warm-ups.
Additional practice courts can be booked at the Tournament Office (sessions are 30 minutes).
Practice begins at 9:00 a.m. daily, except on Final Day.

The official Regulations and Practical Rules are published at the Tennis Europe website and at the Tournament Office.

Shuttle service / Transportation
Shuttle service (Minibus) is only available in exceptional cases.
Transport from the hotel to the venue (and vice versa):
Official national squads and Main Draw players may use the Rurtalbahn (stop "Kuhbrücke") or local buses (stop “Weyerhof”) free of charge with accreditation.

Sign in deadlines
The Sign in deadlines are:
• Main Draw (Boys and Girls): 27 July 2025, 6 pm
• Doubles (Boys and Girls): 28 July 2025, 12 pm
• Consolation (Boys and Girls): directly after elimination - Sign in closes 30 minutes after last 1. Round match has finished
Stringing Service
Professional stringing is available daily from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sport Shop Tent (next to the Players’ Lounge).

Cost: €18.00 per racket (with own strings)
Swimming Pool
Players may access the TURN swimming pool for recreation and recovery.
Please collect an entrance ticket at the Tournament Desk (deposit = accreditation).
Use is at your own risk – there is no insurance coverage.

Traveling between Tournaments
A bus to the next tournament in Wilrijk will depart on Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
Arrival: approximately 11:30 – 12:00 noon.
This is a paid service, not free of charge. Please contact the Tournament Director to reserve.

Matches will take place at 3 different venues:
RW Dueren: "MAIN"
PFSV Dueren: "POST" | Distance: 0.2 km from MAIN
TV Dueren: "TURN" | Distance: 0.6 km from MAIN
